As a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

Returns & Exchanges
Is the product not what you expected? No problem. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by registering your return, without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
How does it work? You no longer need to email us. You can easily register your return yourself through our online portal:

Register: Enter your postcode and order number and select the products you want to return.

Costs: You pay the return costs (€ 6.95) directly in the portal.

Approval: We review your request. After approval, you'll receive the shipping label by email.

Ship: Pack the product well, attach the label and drop it off at a point of the chosen carrier.
Important conditions

Inspection period: You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop.

Components & Electronics: For components and semiconductors: preferably leave the packaging unopened and only open it if this is necessary to assess the product. Check the datasheet in advance. If the product has been used, soldered or damaged, we may charge a depreciation.

Condition of the product: If a product has been used or damaged, we may offset the depreciation against your refund.

Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used.
Note on free shipping Did you pay no shipping costs at purchase (free shipping), but does the total order amount fall below the free shipping threshold after the return? Then the original shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from your refund.
Defective on arrival? Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Report this immediately upon receipt so we can resolve it for you.
