Shipping policy

Delivery times

We do not hold our own stock: we order your items from Farnell's warehouses and ship them as soon as they arrive with us.

Please allow a delivery time of usually 3 to 7 working days after your order (Denmark, Poland and Spain: 5 to 8 working days). Orders placed just before the weekend or around public holidays may take a little longer.

Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with the exception of public holidays.

Our products are shipped by our carriers PostNL, DPD, UPS and DHL.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery or if the package cannot be delivered to the neighbours, you can consult the shipping information sent by e-mail. All of our carriers send an e-mail with the shipping information or leave a card stating where the package is.

Tracking your order
Of course we send a track & trace code as soon as the order is shipped. This allows you to follow the status of the order on the carrier's website.

The shipping information on the carrier's website is visible within 48 hours. The track & trace code is sent by e-mail or text message. 

An exception to this are small orders, for which a track & trace code is sometimes not available.

Order value up to 75 euro (6.95 euro)
75 euro or higher (Free)

Shipping costs Belgium:
Order value up to 75 euro (10.95 euro)
75 euro or higher (Free)

Shipping costs France:
Order value up to 75 euro (12.95 euro)
75 euro or higher (Free)

Shipping costs Luxembourg:
Order value up to 75 euro (12.95 euro)
75 euro or higher (Free)

Shipping costs Denmark, Poland and Spain:
12.95 euro per order (no free shipping)
